In the infinite universe, an Amazon with the gifts of a mermaid and a being from the woods accompanied by a forest of bamboos clear seas, lands and air. Theses travelers are driven by curiosity for the unknown. Their journeys hold surprises for them and their destinations are unpredictable. In this vastness, will there be similar beings? Is contact possible?

Cia Nós No Bambu, creator of a unique poetics, the acrobatic dance with bamboo handcrafted instruments, brings to the stage its fifth show. In Mar sem Beira, the boundaries between circus, theatre and dance are liquid.

SHORT RELEASE

 

Cia Nós No Bambu brings two circus artists with bamboo tripods to the stage. This succinct formula gives rise to an incredible diversity of imaginary and uses, which include acrobatics, manipulation and animated forms. The show, which debuted in 2017, already has more than 30 performances, in which it has touched children and adults from various cities. Mar sem Beira (Borderless Sea) tells the story of two different beings, each in a unique journey.
